Hold the Gua Sha on an angle with the curved side against your face so that it gently glides across your skin. Start at the neck and massage in broad, even strokes in an upward and out motion, applying soft pressure.
If you have any areas of your skin that are broken or bruised or suffering from redness and acne, rest the cooled stone across them to soothe. After your facial massage, wash your tool with warm water and soap.
